At Jay Jay's Creations, every order is prepared with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible non-personalized products.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact us at jayjayscreationss@gmail.com before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customization details supplied by the customer, or personal preferences.
This includes personalized rosaries, memorial bracelets, custom tumblers, and other made-to-order products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at jayjayscreationss@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Return Shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
If a return is necessary because of our error or a defective product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.
Cancellations
Because custom orders may require immediate preparation, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on whether production has begun and any applicable consumer rights.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
